Apartment E

Apartment E, a one bedroom is on the main floor and  has exposed brick walls, in the living room and one bathroom. The apartment  overlooks Wheeler Park .   Wood laminate floors through out and mosaic tile details.

Apartment F is a dramatic  two story loft with a full bath on the third floor between the bedrooms a fire place, exposed brick walls central a/c and two skylights.  The half bath is on the second floor.  There are circular stairs between floors and a dishwasher in the kitchen.  The apartment works well for a single or couple.  The bedrooms do not have doors and open out on to the two story open space.  No privacy between bedrooms. No one above you and sound proofing  between you and the neighbor.

Apartment G is the sister apartment to F with one bathroom and a view out  toward the river. The apartment is in the very top of the building on the second and third floors. Apartment G has circular stairs between floors and wood laminate flooring on the second floor.  The apartment has a dishwasher and mosaic tile bathroom.

Apartment H occupies most of the lower level of the building with two bedrooms exposed brick walls and a large bathroom.  The apartment has a private entrance on the lower level and wood laminate  flooring  through the  apartment.  The bathroom has ceramic tile accents.  Apartment H is the largest apartment in the building.
