Apartment A

Apartment A is a two bedroom single story apartment with two bedrooms.  One bedroom has exposed brick walls. Features include a large Ikea kitchen with a dishwasher and nine foot ceilings. Premium vinyl laminate floors through out the apartment.  This apartment has a laundry center right in the apartment. and is the largest apartment in the building.  The apartment is on the first floor just off the court yard.  The living room overlooks the side yard and parking is just outside your door.  The fire place has been removed and kitchen counter extended.  

Apartment B is a two story, one bedroom loft with a circular stairs between floors and an open ceiling to the upper loft bedroom. The apartment has a wood burning fireplace, A/C, wood floors and a large skylight in the upper bedroom. The bathroom is on the main floor. The apartment is on the end of the building and overlooks the side yard and faces east. The apartment is filled with natural light with windows on three sides and a large sky light.  Built on the second and third floors no one above you and dead space between you and the neighbor.  The loft now has wood laminate flooring not carpet.

Apartment C is the sister to B. A one bedroom two story with circular stairs between levels. The bathroom is on the second floor with a claw foot tub and a separate shower.  A large skylight brings light into the living room which has wood floors and exposed brick walls. The apartment just received a new kitchen which includes dishwasher, Ikea cupboards and new counter tops.  The loft bedroom has track lighting and built in Ikea storage dressers.  The brick wall between you and the neighbor to the west is 18  inches thick.  High on the second and third floors the apartment is private and above the world.

Apartment D is on the main floor.  Features include exposed brick walls, tile counters and wood floors of oak and walnut. The bedroom faces Wheeler park and the apartment is one story above the surrounding landscape.
